This is Andrew Hagan, General Manager, here at Cardenas Motors. On behalf of our entire staff, I would like to take a moment and share with you the procedures we are putting in place to help assure your safety while purchasing or servicing a vehicle here at Cardenas Motors during the developing situation with the Coronavirus. The following procedures have been put in effect:
-Dealer resources are being moved to allow a majority of vehicle purchases to be done digitally
-Optional delivery of vehicles to customers
-Doors and other surfaces, that customers and staff come into contact with, will be cleaned frequently throughout the day with approved disinfectant
-Increased frequency of deep cleaning in all areas after business hours.
-On top of standard hygiene practices, employees have been instructed to wash hands for a minimum of 30 seconds every hour
-Staff have been discouraged from shaking hands to help curb contact and any showing symptoms of sickness will be asked to stay home.
